Warranty & Support

Our products come with a 12-month warranty and lifetime customer support. For any issues, contact us via your order at vip@ourasj.com (we reply within 24 hours). To request a return:

  1. Go to your order, find the order ID.
  2. Email vip@ourasj.com with the order number, item, and reason for return.

Cancellation

Cancel orders before shipping for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.

Returns & Refunds

Return items within 15 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging. Steps:

  1. Email vip@ourasj.com with order number, items, and reason.
  2. For exchanges, specify desired item (we’ll confirm availability).
  3. Pack securely with your invoice or contact info; write the order number on the package.

Refunds are issued as store credit for the item price (excluding shipping fees) within days of approval. Credit card refunds apply only to damaged/defective items. Partial refunds may occur if:

  • Item isn’t in original condition (not our error).
  • Returned after 15 days.
  • Handcrafted items have minor cosmetic flaws.

For late refunds, check your bank, then contact us at vip@ourasj.com. Buyers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect (no restocking fees). VeryFitVip’s 15-day warranty covers manufacturing defects, not wear or misuse.

  • Contact us for the return address.

Sale Items

Items discounted 30%+ are final sale. Regular-priced items are refundable; items under 30% off can be exchanged.

Shipping Returns

Email vip@ourasj.com for return details. Use our prepaid labels (cost deducted from refund) or your own shipping (non-refundable). For damaged items, exceptions may apply. Transit time varies; we’re not liable for lost/damaged returns.
